Parmigiano Reggiano PDO - 24 months (Parmesan)

The ingredients are those of the ancient tradition: 2 type of cow milk (early morning and previous evening’s milk), rennet (a natural enzyme) and salt, the product specification does not allow additives of any kind.
After a long and complex manufacture, handed down "from form to form" and from generation to generation, the Parmesan form begins its natural aging.
Past 12 monts, the experts prove the quality, then they select which Parmigiano Reggiano is ready to be eaten and which one is good to face the second aging, 24 months.

Taste this delicious and fragrant cheese like aperitif or dessert with season fruit, try it with pasta and rice or soak some little pieces in hot dark chocolate, make cold them and eat!

Very good in each occasion. I enjoyed it ground on pasta and risotto and it gives a wonderful plenty taste to them.
